Hello everyone, was thinking about upgrading
To a set of cobra axles on my 800 sportsman and would
Like to have everyone's opinion. I do not have any lift on
It but I am running 28" outlaw's skinny's. I am also comprehending
A good clutch kit. Let me know what y'all think.

Cobras or rhinos will do just fine without a lift.

And you should already be running a clutch kit.

Agreed. Cobra or rhino are good with no lift. If you think you might lift in the future though, go gorilla or turner. You would also definitely benefit from proper clutching from QSC.

The clutch kit is next and I agree that I need one bad, as far
As lift it will not be going ant higher. Both back boots are leaking
And are getting brittle, my ride was down for about with a firing
Problem for a long time bc I didn't have time to work on it.
Still has the stock axles in front and rear and the only thing
I ever broke on driveline is the rear prop shaft.

I have cobras all the way around on my xp 850 and have a lift. They are good to deal with and have been pretty stout axles. I have borke one but am also running 31 s/w outlaws. A friend also has them on the rear of his 500 sportsman that is also lifted. He hasn't broke one of the cobras yet but went through 3 rhinos be fore he upgraded to cobras.
