I have a 2002 90cc sportsman. I bought it used. It starts very easy and idles fine. It runs really well at normal and high speed. It has almost no torque at low speed, you have to push it up a hill if you loose your speed. I've pulled the carb twice and cleaned it really well but it doesn't help. If i pick the back of the atv up when pushing it up a hill the it will immediately rev up and spins dirt everywhere but not with any weight. my son is only 60lbs so it should easily pull him up a hill - right? What should I be looking for?

Do a compression test.

Either your drive belt is worn out or the primary clutch needs looking at.

x2 on the belt. 1st thing I'd check.
