Just rebuilt carb with rebuild kit. Plugs now are soaked with fuel when I try to start. Bike will not run. Turned out mixture screw 1and 1/2 turns as reccomended. Dont know why plugs are getting so much fuel?
Should not be the main Jet, it doesn't control idle. You need to check the float level and the float needle and seat. Sounds like float level is too high or the float needle is not closing good. Any gas dumping into the air box? Also the pilot jet controls idle mixture. It is located beside the main in a recessed hole. Did you remove it? I hope this may help.
I used a shindy rebuild kit. Before I did the rebuild there was a little fuel on the edge of the air box? what caused that? And yes I removed the pilot jet and put new one in.
