BIG BORE? :ROFLMAO: No such thing that I know of.

Engine began life with a 74.5 mm bore with a 65 mm stroke for 283.35 cc (288 claimed by Polaris) - bored to the largest size piston available from Wiseco 76.5 mm it will then be a 298.76 (almost a 300)

Sleeve the cylinder, machine the cases and use a 400 piston to make it a 368.84, but at what cost? It's not a 'bolt on' conversion. It will require a $160 piston, $250-$300 sleeving operation (if it can even be done), $200 case boring, complete engine disassembly and if you are going to boost the displacement, you better upgrade the rod, replace the main bearings, new seals ............ About $1000 should do it.

Or just bore to the next oversize from what it is now ($60 - $90) install a new piston and rings and enjoy until it blows.
