Hey everyone, so I finally got the old 6x6 running well but the rear strut is shot and is making for a bouncy ride. The original Polaris part number 1580078 is discontinued and I can’t even find a used one on eBay. I’ve resorted to buying a generic shock and welding the bottom bracket onto the shock but even being careful managed to burn a hole in the new shock. The coil spring is fine, does anyone have an alternate shock that I use for this setup. I’ll attach a picture of the beast since I got it looking much better than when I started this project.
