no sir..I checked the lights from another parts quad i have in the garage. pretty much have power to everything, just no lights on the gauges/speedo, nothing. I have changed the stator, the ignition coil, tried unplugging the black wire from the CDI like everyone says to do, even took it to the dealer and had them make sure all the wiring was correct! still nothing:scratchchin:

I have worked for 2 weeks on this thing since I have had it...guy I got it from said he got it out one day and started fine ran it...and then it just died. Like i said i replaced the ignition coil, had all the wiring checked at the dealer...then Im a little mad that the dealer said the reason its not starting is because it needs a new stator. Replaced the stator, still nothing. Then when messing with it today we thought..well if all the wiring is correct than why are none of the lights working? I thought the same thing you did (bulbs blown) but thats not it either. could it possibly be a sylenoid? or could it be the CDI. shouldnt need a CDI for lights should ya? thanks man

You need to look at the wiring block. Check for 12v source at the red/white wires with the key switch on. The red/white wires are always hot with the key on. If not check your key switch.

Does it try to turn over with the key, or are you pull starting? My 330 wouldn't do anything with the key, even though I had 12 volts at the battery. Turns out the quick connect at the kill switch/reverse override box was not making up. I unplugged it, cleaned out the the dirt, and plugged it back in. Now it works. I was stumped for about a week looking for inline fuses and the elusive circuit breaker kit before I stumbled across this quick fix.

to atvjunkie...it does allow the motor to be shut off with the key switch though thats why I ruled out the key switch.
to get2579...it does turn over with the key on, and it will not turn over with the key off. I have taken the control box with the starter button off, but it still doesnt get a spark. I have also tried pull starting also. I have ordered a new CDI, that is pretty much the last and final thing it could be! Whereabouts are you talking about the quick connect? I have tried using the trick of unplugging the black wire from the CDI. Is that what you were talking about? Also its pretty weird but I am getting a negative read on the meter from the ignition coil. any other thoughts?
