96' Polaris Sportsman 4x4 400 Only runs with Choke Pulled(FIXED IT!!!)

I put a post on here a couple of days ago. I have a new problem.
The bike will run pretty good with the choke lever completely pulled. It does run a little high idle.
When I take the choke off it runs wide open??????
I can give it gas with the choke on and it revs up and down just fine.

I have cleaned the carb 3 times and the throttle body seens to operate just fine.

I don't know where to go next????

I'm not sure if this means anything, but I put a new fuel line and filter on the bike. When I turned the gas on fuel would not flow through the line. I had to remove the fuel line from the carb and then the line filled with gas and I put it back on the carb? It was like it was air locked? All the vent lines are free. I've never seen that before.

Thanks for any and all help!!!

I looked through the manual and couldn't find anything about my problem. I have asked around and not a lot of people have even heard of whats going on with my Sportsman.
I'm willing to try anything so please let me know if anyone has an idea!!!

I figured it out.......I took the carb off again and noticed the main jet was not seating all the way. This wouldn't allow the slide to lower completely. I took it out and turned it where it would seat. I should of caught it sooner. Thanks to everyone that helped!!!
