Alright, new to this so I hope this works haha.
Okay so I bought a xplorer 400 nd it ran great. Took it out to the mountains and such and it worked fine. one day it just just wouldn't go above like 20mph. It sounded like there was a rev limiter on it! I seafoamed it and nothing changed. It runs fine on start up but after about 10 minutes of riding it starts up again. It will just bog. Used to wheelie! Not anymore. The idle is smooth, rarely dies. Another thing, I'll occasionally lose pressure in the hand break. Pump it a few times and it's okay, but it happens a lot unless I'm riding the brake.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you checked your belt and clutches? Broken buttons in the secondary clutch can significantly affect your top speed.

I would try to bleed your brakes to see if it helps with the lack of pressure. If it isn't air in the line, you may have a leak somewhere.
