I got a Polaris explorer 350 and when I got it it was fouling and It bogged when I hit the gas heavy then I put it up for the winter and it started doing the opposite it would work fine when I hit the throttle and then it wouldn't idle i had went thru it a bunch till i decided to just drive it how it is and feather the throttle but i went to drive home from work but It wouldn't stay running and was flooding out but I got it started and I have to mess with the fule peacock to get it to go by flipping it back and forth idk what's going on please help

Can't say for certain, but it definitely sounds like a fuel problem - both too much and too little - may have something to do with alcohol blended fuel having separated and trying to run an alcohol/water mix. I think I would drain the fuel tank, test the petcock and fuel pump and have the carb serviced - That might do the trick.
