If it was me I'd buy like 5 of them on Amazon and return the ones that don't fit, I'm sure it's the same on multiple years.

 

Drain plug for the oil tank; right? Part number is 7051524 - it is a 12 mm bolt with an aluminum sealing washer - Honda drain is 12-1.50 - Polaris may be 12-1.25, but any common bolt with a sealing washer will work as long as it is the correct thread and no more than 1" long - about 3/4" is right - even 1/2" in length will work.

 

It's the drain plug near the bottom of the engine on the crank case. Looking at the quad from the back it would be on the right hand side at the bottom of the engine.
