Just sold my 2011 850 XP EPS LE. I had the lower, rear, font a-arm tabs break off on me. Welded them up then the frame cracked near the tabs were welded and also further up.

I'm looking for a new machine but I'm hesitating on another Polaris for this reason. I have looked at the 2014 machines and it doesn't look like Polaris has fixed this at all. Am I wrong, or has Polaris strengthened these joints?

doubt it as my 570 is missing paint on the front a arm mounts,right where it is welded on
