Good afternoon!

I just bought a 2019 Sportsman 850 SP Premium and am absolutely in love with it already. Since this was the premium it came with the factory numbers and Polaris winch.

The owner included the Polaris plow system as well. Since I do a lot of plowing with it the first thing I wanted to add is the power angle option.

I’d say I’m semi hands on but I do lack with wiring, etc. I know someone mentioned that Polaris has dedicated accessory wires already. With that being said, if I were to wire it to that Wire is there a ground wire there as well? Or would I just ground it to anything?

Use the ORANGE with WHITE stripe wire in the pod for fused power, and find a good ground.

I’m not positive, but I think the power angle unit comes with a wiring harness, and as FPD stated you would use one of the spare orange/white wires for power. If the harness comes with a relay you would use it as the trigger wire for the relay.
