No - I'm bad :devil - I have no clue as what year or model is being asked about here - I just happen to be working on a 2001 late production 500 and the power outlet is not fused - just plugged into the accessory leads.

On the 2001 Sportsman 500 it is not fused separately from the main 20 amp circuit breaker
Oh, my bad. I thought he was talking about a newer model 850 or 1k.
Thanks polman, it was a 17 570. I had connected that volt meter mentioned in another thread. I have temporarily connected it to +/- for accessory in pod and I was heading out for ride this morning. I was pretty sure it was fused too. I will be changing power source and have a 5 amp inline fuse for it.

Yes and it is connected to that now. I’m going to give those back to accessory and run an inline 3-5 amp fuse to voltmeter. Afraid that 20 amp too high.
