I noticed my ADC reservoir was empty on my 08 Sportsman Touring 500. When I filled it up it drained out onto the garage floor in about 5 minutes. The bike seems to operate fine otherwise and the ADC makes the normal engagement noises on decents. Anyone dealt with this?

Maybe the hose is cracked or has a small holet in it.

Something worth looking for but at the rate it's draining I'm not convinced. Does the reservoir tube run directly to the differential?

Did you check the two bleeder valves to make sure they aren't the problem?

I haven't. What would be the problem with the bleeder valves? I've done basic maintenance stuff with the bike but this is my first go round with Polaris or this type system.

Just check them to see if that is where the fluid is leaking out. Make sure they are closed good and snug. Just something to check, not saying there is anything wrong with them.

Will do, I wasn't sure if that was a known issue. Just trying to see if this was a common "thing" on ADC bikes before spending time tracing the line.
