Adjusting chain on 2009 trailblazer 330

I'm having a little trouble figuring out how to adjust the chain on it. My manual isn't real clear on it. My older ones you just loosend the bolts and rotated the sprocket. This one it says there is another bolt to loosen also, and it says something about inserting a pin punch before adjusting. If anyone has pictures of what is involved, that would be helpful. Thanks
