New to the ATV world, not new to performance engines. I recently purchased a 2007 Predator 500, why don’t these engines like timing? Has anyone done a fly cut piston for clearance and had it be successful? Would really like to squeeze every ounce out of this thing, thanks in advance!

I would not recommend advancing cam timing for HP. Not worth it. You could Advance ignition timing, but that's not really going to get you far... You could use a 30 shot of nitrous, or a turbo/blower! I would atleast do some flow mods like a larger carb or throttle body if it is efi. I personally went with blower.
