First I have seen those type. Looks like a great idea for it's intended purpose. If you want to keep mud off of you then you want to use fender flares. Looks like they would work good to keep stuff off things your pulling.

Hey Toothdoc,
I was hoping to hear more people chime in about that style of hitch mudflap, you mentioned. We are looking for options to help keep the mud and snow off of us, too. The fender flares and rear drop basket we just put on are an added plus, but we think something to slow the kick of mud and snow off the back tires are kind of needed. We too, use an ATV trailer and to keep the mud and snow off of it while towed by the ATV would help.

Did you ever purchase the mudflaps at Fleet&Farm you mentioned above?
Curious to see if you are still pursuing this idea or something else?

I did not purchase the Magnum mudflaps from Fleet Farm, but I intend to. I was looking for some feedback from others first.

thanks Doc,
Hopefully, some others will offer some experience with this style.
If you eventually get them, would love to hear what your thoughts are and some pics.

I might have to get some of those for my 700. That would reduce the snow from flying back on my cargo sled.
