I believe the spots are all in the water. You can either towel dry immediately after final rinse or rinse with de ionized/distilled water to get rid of them. I just use dawn but my plastics are crappy and I don’t care how they come out as long as they’re clean.

Any car wash soap works fine. Like Scrappy507 said, the spots are from the water minerals & deposits. After I wash mine I towel wipe and air compressor blow the entire thing until its completely dry. I never get water spots doing it that way.

Water Spots. Try drying with a leaf blower.
