I bought a smaller AGM battery for my '06 500 EFI. The battery is physically smaller than the original. The rubber strap will not hold it in place. I used some wood to wedge it in place, which is fine for plowing in the winter, but it will most likely not stay very well once I get out in the spring and start riding the trails. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better way to mount the smaller battery in the stock tray? I was thinking about using some spray foam insulation (the stuff that expands and hardens).
