There are a ton of great tires out there. The GBC Dirt Commander, Carlisle ACT HD, Kenda Bounty Hunter HT, Kenda Bear Claw, STI Black Diamonds, and Duro Power Grips come to mind.
Stay away from the Maxxis Big Horn 2.0's. They are over rated and have weak sidewalls. My neighbour has replaced three of his four bighorns since May and he's not an aggressive driver. Each tire he replaced had a sidewall blow out. I've heard of other people saying they had the same problem.

The Bearclaw HTR is a great tire, and won't break the bank. I had a set of the 28" on my 850, and now 26" on our 570 T's. Do some looking around (google is your friend) and find your best pricing on whatever tire you decide on. Be sure shipping is included when comparing prices.

from someone who does a lot of mudding you need something that is gonna clean out well, start looking at basic mud tires (mayhem's, zilla's, mudlites, black mamba lite etc).

I have the zilla's which is a 1in tread, the mudzilla's go to a 1.5 in tread which tends to get a little rough on the trails.

Agree. The zilla is a good middle ground for riding mud and hard packed trails. Not the smoothest ride but much better then a mud bog tire

STI Black Diamond XTR's have 1 1/8" tread depth, and clean out great. They are also VERY smooth on the trail.

Since you're on 14" rims go up to 28" to avoid the side wall issues that other's see with 14" rims.

This may or may not require a clutch kit depending on the weight of the tires you get. But luckily a clutch kit is the best performance mod you can do to any Polaris ATV. So it's a Win Win situation unless of course you're talking about your bank account.
