After the front brakes a engaged they are slow to release. If the front end is jacked up the wheel drags after releasing the brake lever until it has been turned over several times then it frees up. Is this normal?

Do you notice when driving? If not then it’s probably fine if you aren’t seeing excessive pad wear, otherwise rebuilding the caliper or a simple fluid flush is probably in order.
