My midsize ranger 500 (struts front, double a-arms rear) has only 50 hrs on it. I've kept the bushings greased regularly. They have, especially the front, started to make the loudest squeaking/screeching noise. Is there anything I can do to make this stop? Surely the bushings haven't already went out when I've just now got to the point of the break-in oil change!

Ok. Little tricky sometimes these sounds can be. Especially when the body panels muffle and distort them. Try getting a helper push the front end up n down.
