Nasty, you have one bad ass 570! I tried to copy and paste your tire list onto this thread from my IPhone but no luck. Your list needs to be floating around on a few different threads. I don't know if you can do it from your end...
Were you looking for the tire weight list I posted?

29.5 x10 terms, ran stock axles, no probs great tires.
31x9/11 OG outlaws, lift added with turners, no probs.
Terms are better everywhere except the mud.
Plan to get the front diff fix when its released for the sportmanXP.
807 I've been meaning to ask you, I have my Turners at the house ready to put in the bike. Their "break in procedure" is very, very vague. How did you go about breaking yours in? How many 5 minute intervals did you do?

I don't remember exactly, I went to camp and drove around and then went into the lake to cool them a bunch of times.
The rear inner cv's will get cooking hot so be mindful of any long road sections for a while.
They have been trouble free aside from a boot that got ripped apart, I sent it back for a boot kit, great service and quick turn around again.

What makes them get so hot? Is it the size of the lift you have? Can you do normal trail riding or high speed runs down the road anymore?

The CV angles prob, maybe even the stock ones get hot too I never checked.
I keep to 60km/h or 40mph for the axles and cuz it starts to get sketchy with big lug tires at high speed.
I got my need for speed out of me when the bike was stock.

The main reason is Turner's clearances are so incredibly tight because each axle is hand made. That's why they have such and outstanding product. My plans are to carry some water bottles and spray bottles with me in case I don't find a body of water to dunk them in and just let them break in slowly.

2008 Polaris Sportsman 800, Arched A arms, 2" lift and 4" portals, Hardened Aluminum Sprague cage in front diff no clutch work, stock axles.
Had to trim rear corner of foot well. So far its like stock power, needs power steering(you really notice it going over sunk logs and such, and you definitely know your on big tires! Love the Intimidators, I would have run Terms but found these used for a good deal.
26" of clearance
34" Intimidators and 15" MSA Diesel rims

What size lift is on this bike? Just bought a 18'850, going to do wheels/tires and 2-3" lift. If I do 2" I can run stock axles right? This WILL not be a mud bike , but just a trail/all around bike. Probably do the frame braces as well for the added security
