2019 polaris sportsman 570. No leaks.. changed the pads and both master cylinders. Only way I get any brake pressure is if I press hand and foot brake at the same time.. any ideas?
Its bypassing fluid in the rear caliper from the front brake side of the stepped piston (#3) to the rear brake side of the stepped piston. You need to rebuild or replace the rear caliper. Seals 5, 6 and 7. The rear caliper does double duty on that machine. One part of the stepped piston applies pressure from the foot pedal/MC. The other part applies pressure from the hand lever. When the seal leaks between the two it allows fluid to bypass from one side of the piston to the other side.

Right rear brake caliper seal is leaking internally and bypassing the brake fluid.

Rebuild or replace the right rear caliper.
