Ok 2004 sportsmans 600 twin, cleaned the carb and put it back together and it leaks from the overflow tube at high rpms. I took it back out and put a new needle valve and seat in, adjusted the float arms to 13.5 mm as per the spec book. I even went and borrwed a buddies carb which runs great on his bike and put it on mine and it still spits gas out the overflow tube on the carb.

Anyone out there have any thoughts? I have cleaned the carb 3 times and checked everthing, even ran the bike with the gas cap off to check pressure build up. I changed the boot going from the carb to the block as it was craked.
