Finally hit 205 miles on my 2021 Sportsman 850. About to change front and rear differential and transmission fluid and of course oil. While I’m at it I’m going to finally grease my wheel bearings and add my fourth break. Question. Should I expect some metal on the drain magnets? Also is there anything else I should change or check out?

You should expect some shavings on the magnets. I would check and replace your air filter and clean the prefilter. Maybe upgrade your plugs to NGK’s. Check your brake pads and all front end components since your wheels are off. Grease all zerks.

Small particle dust on the magnets is normal, large pieces of metal is not good. Thats exactly the job the magnet should be doing is taking that out of the circulating oil.

Here is rear DIff on top and front diff on the bottom for a first change on a 21.

Perfectly normal. Wipe them clean put them back in.

That exactly how mine was , rear was way more fine fine shavings .
