Me and my dad just went and purchased 2 new 07 sportsman 800's. My dad's has EBS and mine does not. everytime I lift on the throttle going on any downhill grade, mine has a clinking or a clanking noise that sounds as if it is coming from the transmission. Is this normal or should I take it to the shop?

You may have this fixed by now. I see that you posted back in April. I had a similar issue with my 08 Sportsman Touring and it turned out to be air in the hydraulic lines that feed the ADC 4x4.

Hey new rider, how did you fix the problem ? I have a 08 800 sportsman with the same problem it sounds like a cement mixer going down hills, also it does not go from forward to reverse without making a pause and banging in gear. My dealed is useless they tell me it's normal, Yeah they already got my $$$ . How do you bleed out the air ?? what fluid does the ADC take ? I am guessing a special oil I already have 4 different oils !! Thanks in advance !!!
