Hey guys got code 520 194-2 Took it back too the dealer they adjusted the throttle cable brought it home rode around ten mins code came back on would it be a bad senor it's a 2022 sportsman trail thanks in advance.

There's a reflash for that code where they reprogram the ECM, your dealer did not do you a favor by adjusting the cable.

They said they had to call polaris to find out is there anyway of finding out recalls in the future my self? Bought a new unit so I wouldn't have headaches not working so far...

Recalls are only for safety issues. Yours is a known problem with some of the newer model machines. There is supposed to be a reflash available for the ECU to correct the problem.

Wow sorry to heqr ur having issues brother. My beat bud bought a brand new 2021 sportsman 450 had same issue. Six months in the shop and a whole new wiring harness later finally fixed. He sold it right after.

I hope that's not going to happen that's why I bought a new unit not to have headaches. Day three at the dealership going to start giving them a hard time tommorw no response to let me know what's going on. Starting to regret this already!!
