I have my 2005 sportsman 500, and just had the carb rebuilt complete with floats and all. It will start right up, but needs to sit and warm up or a min or two before it will drive without stalling. This is happening now and it isn't even cold out. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

You really should let it warm up a few min before riding it anyway, but you can probably adjust the mixture screw a little richer to help it warm up faster. Out is rich, in is lean.
