I have a scrambler 400 2 stroke and 2wd. I just bought it and rode about 10 miles before I noticed a coolant leak. It only leaks while running and yesterday the temp light came on and soon after it stopped running because it was overheating. I starting taking the plastic off and found that it was leaking through an air tube coming from the crankcase, just behind the pull start coil. I have been searching for answers but haven't found anything yet. Any advise would help. Thanks

It's time for water pump seals.
You may also check the counter balancer fluid level , it's probably grey or milky colored. it should look like motor oil. The front drain plug is for the counter balancer, drain it. To fill, you go to the rear of the block and you should see a knurled knob , unscrew that and this is your fill-if memory serves it holds about 6 ounces.
If you got it hot enough for the engine to quit, you may have damaged the piston, sometimes not.
Verify fan operation.
