My Polaris sportsman 450 4wd switch does not move to the left. Is that switch totally mechanical or does it need ele tidal to move I don't think it's frozen.

It's a simple electrical switch just like any other. If it won't move it needs lubricated or replaced. Might try a spray of WD40

If it's an older model 450 2006-2008 they are reasonably priced and I've attached a link below for new and used ones. If it's a new model 450 2016+ they are VERY expensive (around $450) and I'd be trying to free it up with some WD40 or something before buying one lol.

I'd say try using contact cleaner before using oil.

Can you post a pic of the switch assembly you have?

It's a simple electrical switch just like any other. If it won't move it needs lubricated or replaced. Might try a spray of WD40
Bingo, sprayed dw40 on it . loosen up a little. Then taped with a hammer lightly
