Hey guys let me know if this is a good choice.....My buddy has a 850 sporty and he has had these tires on there since he bought the machine and still are in good shape doesn't even look like they have much wear at all and his machine is a 2009. We do a mixture of blacktop and some trail riding.

Sounds like a good combo! Bearclaws are known for being composed of a hard rubber. That is why even with riding on pavement your buddy's have held up well. It also makes them ride a little more rough than tires with the same type of tread pattern. Don't forget to show them off in the wheel and tire pics thread!

Are you looking at the older tread pattern or the new HT radial tread pattern? Either way you'll have a great tire. I'm really impressed with the newer Kenda tires. I recently put a set of Bounty Hunter HTs on my Scrambler 850.
