Are they much better than what we already have?

And does anyone make a UHMW version?

Wouldn't these break / crack sooner than aluminum? I'm looking to upgrade from the factory too

I just got UHMW for my Rzr from a review on Rocky Mountain ATV. They seem better in every way possible.

Yea, both companies are overseas so shipping is steep.

has anyone gotten the Iron baltic stuff? I don't want to drop $500+ if there are too many issues. I mainly want the body and footwell parts.

look damn tough...might have to bite...
And I really like the foot well protection...seems like I would get more benefit from those than any other part

the review i seen was the Baltic kit..was on here or another forum...but the review was very good..the plates are 10mm I believe thats close to 1/4 inch..HDPE is some very durable plastic.. no dents or bends keeps it shape not like aluminum..

If they are 10mm thats closer to 3/8". 6.35mm = 1/4"

I would have chosen them if anyone in the US sold those

Old thread ,I know. I love the thought of these over Aluminum
I was looking into them in 2012 when Bike was new , but never panned out.
I ended up with the Full Ricochet armour
Now Im looking at a new bike so I'm hoping to get these.
Not really wanting the front bash plate due to limited plow mounts (baltic or CC Thats it)
I could also do without the a arms (aluminum would work for that)
But the belly and floorboard protection would be great(the ricochet belly plates don't hold up so well

Just wanted to see if
#1 has anyone else gotten them?
#2 Is anyone else making them now?
#3 Have these have gotten any easier to get?
