This picture was taken yesterday in my kitchen. Its just in that good of shape. The velcro and zip ties are still new too.

How did u waterproof the controller?

They are sealed up pretty good and are"water resistant" . The seam around the case halves is usually the culprit for water infiltration. A light coat of silicone around it should take care of any possible water issues. I try to install all of the ones I do in the headlight pod. That usually never goes under, even on the ones built to swim.

I had mine in the head light pod as well. It never saw any water or mud. Probably why its so clean.

Its a dual plug so it will only work on the 850 HO model
