Hey guys I am new here... I have a 2005 polaris sportsman 500 ho. It has been a great bike and I have had no problems with it, however a few weeks ago I went out riding in a rain storm with the kids, played in a few puddles nothing deep and now I can't get the bike to start.... The electrical system turns on for about 20 seconds and then shuts off..... During the 20 seconds the bike turns over just fine but doesn't catch... I pulled the air filter, spark plug and pulled apart all the connections... No luck still!! Replaced the cdi and the ignition coil... And cleaned the connections on the kill switch(just ordered a new one just in case) and I have done everything I can think of to rectify the problem... I am out of ideas here......:werd:anyone have any ideas???
