Could be normal or not

Got an example video to listen to? They are kinda rattly, noisy so maybe be normal, we gotta listen to it...

I thought the same thing when I purchased my Sportsman 570, it has what sounds like a knock at idle on the right side of engine.

I took it back to the dealer, they said it was normal noise. The tech said the counter balance is spring loaded and causes the noise. I also talked with other people and they confirmed that Polaris' do make some noise.

Do you mean the 2 hoses that come out the near the bottom front of the engine leading to the oil tank? If so, no - one is "in" the other "out" - they must remain as is. I wouldn't disconnect them - no real reason unless they're rotted/cracked & need replacement.

In changing your engine oil, don't bother with the metal screen (no one ever finds it dirty) at the bottom left of the oil tank or the crazy priming process. If you have a separate crankcase oil drain bolt, do drain it. Some on here don't and think its ok - its like changing the oil but not the oil filter.

I think that is correct

Oops - thought you mean 'oil' cooling lines. You mean radiator lines, right?
I think it's correct as is. See page 203 of the tech guide. The engine cooling diagram appears to show the return line as the left side of the radiator returning to the right/lower side of the engine (by the waterpump). Where as the hose from the cylinder head is the one going into the radiator on the right side of the radiator (as you sit on the quad). Hope this helps.
