Where is the oil plug to drain crankcase? Is it a Allen type plug directly under engine? What size ?
When all else fails, a screwdriver and a hammer....pierce the casing and turn off the filter. It's messy and a last resort when all manner of strap wrenches and oil filter wrenches fail. Doesn't the K&N's have a nut on the end though?Found it ! Thanks !
Now, I cannot remove the oil filter. I have tried several tools. Its a K&N 198 . Any tricks ?
Take a screw on radiator hose clamp and tighten as tight as you can get it on the filter. Then tap the clamp screw with a hammer and screwdriver til it breaks loose. Then just turn it offFound it ! Thanks !
