I have a 1996 Polaris Scrambler Sport 400l. I found water in the awd button, and it is not working anymore. I am trying to replace the button. In doing so, you also have to replace the ETC. I am not sure how to remove this. I have the cover of the throttle open and im looking at it. i don't see a good way of getting it out. Is there a screw underneath? I don't want to take apart anything if i dont have to. Thanks, Pat

Did you try to dry it out so see if it would work? I had water in my odometer/spedo pod which I dried out and it started working again...

I dryed it out, and its still not working. I bought a new one to replace it, however I don't know an easy way to get the ETC out. Does the ETC snap in or does it have a screw? I can't see how it is secured down.
