Any ideas of any other polaris hub will fit on the rear of polaris magnum 425 so that I can put 12" rims on the rear?

Won't work

You'll need spacers anyway. The 4/156 wheels don't have the correct offset. You'll be better off just buying adapters.

Guessing that your early model 425 has the wrong wheel bolt pattern. The early ones had a 4 on 4" bolt pattern on the rear. The front has the 4/156mm bolt pattern. So to change the wheels on the rear to a 4/156 you have a couple choices. I know that with my 325 Magnums the hubs from a 2003 predator will do the trick. They are still available from Polaris last I knew but were getting hard to find used. Along with them you will need a 2 1/2" spacer to make up for the different axle width and wheel offset.
2. You can purchase or make a set of adapters that will do both adapt from 4/4 to 4/156 and add the 2.5" on each side.
3. Last I knew, delta made a 12" wheel with the correct 4/4 bolt pattern. Last ones I saw were about $125 for a pair.
