Hello I'm trying to locate my fuel pump relay on my 2006 sportsman 500 HO. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Fuel pump isn't cycling when the key is turned on and I'm try to eliminate the relay.

Under the hood next to the fuses.

From the service manual:
Fuel Pump Relay
The fuel pump circuit utilizes a and a smart high--side
power switch output. The FUEL_PUMP output is
enabled when RUN is activated and FUEL_EN is low.
If themaximum output current threshold is exceeded,
the output current will be reduced until the the relay
thermally shuts down. It will automatically turn back
on when it has cooled, based on thermal recovery.
Repeated cycles will cause the short--circuit limit to
turn off repeatedly until the overload has been
removed.

The fuel pump relay is integral to the PDM

After connecting the computer with the diagnostic software to determine if the PDM is functioning correctly, you will either repair the loss of input signal or replace the PDM or (if you are a gambler), start buying parts and hope you get the right one first.
