Go thread "1000xp cutting out". Quantum pump and regulator for around $100 and some change. Almost certain it is the same pump. Worked good for me and several others. Polaris pump is a cheap china made piece of overpriced junk.

Fuel pump kit from Polaris is part number 2205469 @ $382
Latebird u prefer the Polaris over Quantum brand pump ?
I put a quantum in my 2016 570. So far so good. My OEM lasted around 60 miles, so I didn't have a very great opinion on the OEM. Mine sits a lot so it was well out of warranty, but in my opinion it should have lasted longer.

I think Deucer and Rutcutter probably have a few miles on theirs by now. I haven't heard them making noise about any issues. I've got about 2500 on my OEM and it will "sing" sometimes when hot but no other problems so far. I've had a Quantum kit sitting on the shelf since shortly after I bought my 1k last year ready to go if I do get a hiccup though. :grin

I am getting real close to the 3000 miles on my Quantum. Original crapped out at less than 1000 miles, I am now at 3600 on bike. So, 2500+ on the Quantum.

If you look at the OEM. It is made for polaris by Bosch. Look closer, says right on it made in China. What you get with OEM is nothing more than a china made pump for $380. May as well by an e-bay for $30 and get the same as OEM. Or buy a Quantum with lifetime warranty. I have had good luck with mine.
