I bought two 2016 polaris 570 sportsman 4 wheelers used one ran good the other needed a fuel pump so I had it replaced a year ago with oem pump since then I have put 5 more in it i have check relays fueses wires and still a new fuel pump only last about 4 hours and quites I am lost ì have 7000 dollars in it and can't ride it o and battery was replaced when I bought it has anyone else had this problem

Chk the voltage at the battery with the machine running @ 3,000rpm.

Battery voltage should be about 12.4 to 13.2 with no load and having not been on a battery charger for about 4 hours - just turning the key on will drop the voltage to about 11.8 - trying to start, the voltage should not drop below about 9.5 with the starter motor running

Ok it should be good brand new

I've seen BAD new batteries - use your judgment
