Well on a brand new plow system with my sportsman one of the skid shoes lasted 3 plows. Broke right at the weld on a pretty good condition asphalt. Would this be covered under warranty?

Not sure what brand it is but I bet they are not covered under warranty, however since they are relatively cheap I would assume that a company with any integrity would send you a new one to keep you happy.

Im assuming you recently bought the plow. From the picture it looks like there was a issue with the weld when you bought it....My guess is the dealer will warranty it.

Easy fix instead of buying new ones. Likely not under warranty....weld the shoe back on. Get a small plate of 1/4" AR steel and weld it to them.....Any steel place should have it or you can order it online....it will be the last time you ever have an issue.....
