While plowing drive way with my 2014 570. (400miles), idle rpm was 2000-2100 (too high to even shift). Finished driveway and parked quad outside garage for 2hrs (had apt). Came home to pull quad in and it would roll over but wouldn’t fire.
I can hear fuel pump run, and after several attempts to start plug is slightly wet
Checked for spark and had good spark
Shot ether down carb- didn’t even fire
Shot either down in plug area- no fire
Got compression gauge- only 50psi....

what the hell happened? Asides from high idle nothing else was wrong with it

Valves are out of adjustment!!

@FPD218 - A friend of mine is heading out tomorrow to his cabin near Mercer to snowmobile for a week - I told him the snow was not not as deep as in past years and he might have to watch out for fences - he said OK

The snow cover in the northern parts of the state of Wi are actually less than the southern parts. Still plenty up north, but down here it's approaching first floor height!
