We are planning another guys ride to HMT next week. Leaving the wives and heading out for 3 days of trail dust. We love this trail systems and have been 4 times this year, never see the same thing twice even if you just went down the trail a few hours ago.

Been tricking my truck out since i got it last month but i'm ready to roll there and strike just north of me in VA.
Have a friend that works with me that lives at Busco, think thats how you spell it but that hat field and McCoy trails is what I cant wait to get on.

The new Dodge 3500 will be ready for any road side emergency with air and generator so wanting to get up with some more folks that like to travel now and then to have fun on these things. Have our two ready. Just finishing up all the custom stuff on the truck or trying to before the first payment. LOL

Post some photos when you get back. Will be looking forward to seeing the pictures.

I have been to Busco numerous times! The mud riding is incredible! Like none other ive been able to find in the DC MD VA area. Never been to HMC, heard its pretty rocky and that wouldnt fair too well with our mud tires.

See you got that 1000 .bmerwin ;)

Know this might sound off beat for a ATV but just not interested in seeing how far I can sink it and recover. Know i'm going to like the trail riding more than anything and the trips.
Guy I work with just went to TN over the weekend bought a polaris RZR I think it is, 1000 he loves and lives at Busco. Must be that mud.

We both live in flat country or at least I do, that West VA trail ride is what I am looking forward to.

There is a place called Strike that is on 460 close to me between Suffolk and Petersburg i'm hearning about.
Take me about another month finishing up the truck and i'm game for meting you guys somewhere on the weekends if having a SHEBA with me is not a issue. I travel during the week hauling these cars, she has her own 450 I have the 570 and she ain't letting me take off riding as much as she likes that ATV.. LOL She can ride to.

There is much more mud at HM than rocks. Rockhouse being the exception. Pochantas Pinnacle Creek Indian Ridge and Buffalo Mountain have plenty of mud. Right now since its been so dry in WVa I'm not sure if the mud is as prevalent as it usually is this time of year
