Thanks for keeping this pinned. I just got a 2016 570 with only 126 miles on it and was much hotter than my 2001 sportsman 400. Found this thread and while the dealer didn't honor the service bulletin they did order the kit for me and printed off instructions. They also gave military discount so only $57 and my time to install. MUCH improved! Thanks

Having heard and read about melting plastics and seats, the first thing I did when we bought out 570 T's was to remove the side cover and add more reflective heat shielding. This is all that I've done, period.
