I removed the water pump cover on my sportsman 500 to check my water pump inspection to try and solve my overheating issue and when I removed the cover the coolant from the cooling jacket and hoses drained out but the radiator is still pretty full, so how do I make sure to get all the coolant back in with no bubbles? Also anyone know how I can solve my overheating issue? The rad hoses are hard and hot when running but my fan doesn't seem to come on until the overheating light comes on, I was thinking it might need a new temp sensor, thanks in advance for any input!

Yep put the front end up at least 2 ft with it idling when it is warn that way thermostat is open and circulating that will put all air bubbles to the radiator

I just hook my winch up to a rafter or swing set and hoist it up so its up in the air.
