I just took all the warning stickers off of my relatively new 850 and boy does it make it look way better. It is a super easy process for anyone to improve the look of their bike. To take them off, first heat up the sticker with a heat gun or hair dryer a little bit, just don't melt it. Then start at a corner and peal it right off. Take your time and it will all come off in one piece pretty easily. Spray some WD40 onto the sticker glue leftover and use a clean shop towel to clean it off. I let the WD40 sit for about 30 seconds and the residue came right off. Good luck!

That is exactly how I do it. Works like a charm. It's the first "mod" that I do. :)

Just removed stickers from my new 1000xp. Bought it yesterday and the first thing to do is remove the stickers. Heated with a heat gun and peeled em right off. Sprayed WD40 liberally on the residue and used my finger to wipe it in good, then ragged it off. All evidence of any sticker is gone.

Hair dryer is more than enough.

I use a non-marring plastic pill bottle bottom to start the edge so my finger don't get hot.
