I have a 1997 Scrambler 500 4x4 (4stroke)

i have attached an image of the carb break down, now i took out # 27 and there was no spring, washer or oring on that adjuster ( so i ordered them)

can anyone tell me what #27 actually does..

when i was running the machine its seemed to be running rich.. #27 in the diagram was turned all the way in tight..

how should it be adjusted..

i think that's the the fuel mixture adjustment. should be out 1 1/2-1 5/8

well after a fair amount of fine tuning, i gotter dialed in and running better than ever, i just have to do some modding to make more power..
