I have a 2017 sportsman 570 i put a k&n pl1003 filter on I just put it on the other day we ride the trails near us we were out 3 or4 hours got back home and checked the filter the top side of the filter is just about plugged. We haven't had much rain so the trails are really dusty. My question is I'm using a pl-1003 filter can I putof the slip on pre filters or will it plug up quicker.

K&N Filter is a no-no especially on dusty trails.

I have (3) Sportsman's. I just added an R2C filter to each one because the paper filters weren't cutting it well enough in the super fine dusty conditions I ride in. They are EXTREMELY hard to find right now. It took me about 3 weeks of searching on and off before I was able to locate (1) at one place and (2) more a couple weeks later. My first ride with them will be tomorrow and Saturday. I believe the last place that I bought the last (2) from has (2) more still.

I run a UNI on the 570. Used to clean it with kerosene but nowadays I just clean it with dish soap in the laundry tub. Let it dry, then I oil with maxima FFT. My favorite filter oil. I've tried many others. Not as tacky, I'd seen air filter oil dripping off and laying in bottom of airbox. Tried the No-Toil system.....I go back to FFT every time.

IN the 850 and 1K, I just run the OEM filters. I'd have no reservations about using R2C.

I looked at the R2C website and see only filters for RZRs. Will a RZR filter fit a Sportsman 570? Or does a modification need to be made? Thanks
Ok you need to look #16 post you will see a link to R2C click on it. It will bring to the site you need to be at. Look at the pictures of filters the filter you need is the last picture to the right or look over to the left and look down the list of the stuff they have look for utv and atv filters that's where you get the information to where you can order filters for your machine.
